It’s great when the world feels like it’s opening up to you. I’m getting so much great feedback and getting invited to meet lovely people. There’s going to be a great show at The Lexington in London, 13 April and I can hardly wait. John Howard’s going to be there. And Rogers & Butler. John Howard now lives in Spain and this is his only UK show this year. And Rogers and Butler are New York based. And I’m on the guest list. Can you believe it. Feeling real cool about it.
One of the comments I get on the CD is that it’s a great mood changer, with its upbeat quirky sound. And because it tells a tale, there’s a mix of styles from song to song. Last night, Radio Augusta played, Silver Gown and Golden Vest, Cowboy Joe Radio played Noonday Sun, and Voice of The Valley played Fiddle and The Cheshire Cat. Others have played Lovers for The Weak and so on. Something for everyone. At the moment, I’m feeling Heather Makes Her face – a bit at a loose end (but hopeful). How cool! A CD with something for every mood.
